We are ZeeZee Baby boutique, An online Spanish baby boutique based in Orpington, Kent in the United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the term “we”, “us” and "our" refers to ZeeZee Baby. We operate the following websites: www.zeezeebaby.com and www.zeezeebaby.co.uk.
Our VAT registration number is 237365985. We charge 0% VAT on all childrenswear.
This page tells you the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell any items on the Sites (“Items”) to you. Please note these Terms only apply to the purchase of Items on the Sites. Purchase of ZeeZee baby items from any other source will be governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the relevant source. Please note that promotions and offers available for purchases on the Sites may not be available for purchases through other sources and vice versa.
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Items from the Sites. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. By placing an order you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order Items, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. These Terms were most recently updated in June 2018.
How the contract is formed between you and us
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order.
After you place an order by clicking “Confirm and Pay”, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We then send you an email that confirms that the Items have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
Please note that Items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an Item becomes out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded where we have already taken payment.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for example if the Item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to supply you with an Item in these circumstances we will inform you of this by e-mail. If you have already paid for the Items, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
Items on our website
The images of the Items on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Items. Your Items may vary slightly from those images.
All sizes and measurements of Items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Items are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information about Items has been mis-published, including without limitation prices and promotions.
Please be aware that our Items are aimed at babies and young children under 16 so please take extra care when purchasing Items as gifts for them.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Items are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the Sites.
Please note that the prices listed on the Sites are only applicable for Items purchased on the Sites and not through any other source.
The price of an Item does not include delivery and returns charges. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process.
Please note that whilst we take utmost care in ensuring the content on the Sites (including descriptions of the Items and associated services such as shipping, payment terms, offers and promotions and delivery timescales) are accurate the Sites may at times contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Where this affects an order that you have already placed we will notify you of the error if it will impact upon your order. In this regard, we reserve the right not to fulfil any orders that you have placed based on information on the Sites that may contain errors or inaccuracies.
We do not store your credit or debit card details. All payments are processed securely via PayPal or our secure payment system where paying by card.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your
debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the goods are dispatched to you.
You undertake that any and all Goods ordered by you are for your own private or domestic use only and not for resale.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.
To qualify for 'Payment Plan' you must be 18yrs or over. A minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all orders. To apply for a 'Payment Plan' option please contact us to set one up via paypal. Goods will remain the property of ZeeZee Baby Boutique ' until full payment has been received.
We will send you regular invoices until the full balance is paid.
Your order will be available once the full balance has been paid in full. Cancellation of your order before full payment has been received will result in you forfeiting your deposit and any payments being lost.
Please NOTE that we can only offer credit note equivalent to the amount paid for an item/s should you need to return goods purchased by payment plan. We do not offer cash refund.
Payment Plan is subject to status
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
You must examine the Goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the Goods before signing for it.
Any dates quoted for delivering the Goods are approximate only. If no date is specified then it will take place within 28 days or a reasonable time of the date of the Confirmation Notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the Goods, however caused.
For standard delivery, we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is placed. Items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be charged at the time of placing the order and maybe delivered separately to other items ordered. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card or PayPal account
For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you check our Website for the last date of delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all Goods that are in stock within 48 hours. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24th December.
Conditions of use:
· Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods.
· Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods of equal value, or as part payment for goods of a higher value than its face value.
· Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods less than its face value.
· Gift vouchers cannot be used for the settlement of credit accounts.
· ZeeZee Baby, and all of its subsidiaries and associated companies, shall not be liable in the event of any vouchers being lost, damaged or stolen.
Customer Review Policy & Guidelines
All reviews, both good and bad, are read by us and are discussed with our relevant brand partners and where appropriate we will work to improve the product based on customer feedback.
We post all reviews just as the customer has written them, as long as they only refer to the product and do not contain offensive language. We reserve the right not to post reviews which could offend or mislead, for example reviews containing any of the following types of content:
· Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum.
· Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites.
· Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical or geographical addresses or other forms of contact information.
· Unfair or improper critical, or spiteful, comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors.
· Where a product has changed, we will edit or remove comments which no longer apply (both good and bad) so that other customers are not accidentally mislead.
